General points of Terms and Conditions
- Site- internet page within haycar.am domain. Here, regardless of the content, included site design, database, any section of site (adverts, personal page) and any information published by the users.
- Site administration has all the authentic right to run, edit and make all the changes in the site.
- Registration – the process of opening a personal account and becoming a user.
- Accreditation - entering the data of registering users, that includes username, email address, phone number(or any other information).
- User – the person, who has passed the registration process. A user is also the person who has not passed registration process but visits the site or gets use of site services.
- Seller - considered a person or company, who carries commercial activity via the website based the site agreement and is registered as a user.
- Profile page – special section, where the user can manage his information, add favorite car, see the adverts saved by him and any other activity.
- Seller personal page – a special section in the site, where the seller can add an ad, an announcement of the car for sale, delete the existing announcement, edit personal data (profile image, email address, phone number).
- Database – all the information within the website. Here is saved all the information provided by the users and sellers, also advertisements of the website.
- Blockage – temporary suspension of the user’s account because of breaking the Privacy Policy points.

- The announcement published by the seller is free of charge, unless they include special announcement.
- Special announcements - here 3 subsections are offered: top advertisements, quick sale and premium.
- Ads placed on the site
